71tk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "71tk" refers to the online platform accessible at https://71tk.io, including all associated services, products, interfaces, and features.
• "Platform" means the 71tk website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any application or software through which 71tk services are accessed.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 71tk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on 71tk, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Funds" refers to any Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) balance held in your 71tk account, whether deposited directly or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or matched deposit amount credited to your account by 71tk as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Real Funds" means Taka deposited by you directly into your account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or any other supported payment method.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of Real Funds or Bonus Funds on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, or any other activity available on the 71tk platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform activities, deadlines, and event kick-off times.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 71tk. Access to or use of the 71tk platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or engaging with any game or feature — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 71tk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and 71tk. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms communicated to you, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

71tk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 71tk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 71tk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for personal recreational use only. Registration on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 71tk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory decision, or legal prohibition that would restrict your ability to engage in online gambling activities.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 71tk platform. Only one account per person is permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 71tk login credentials, including your username and password. 71tk strongly recommends that you select a strong, unique password and do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

71tk employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Additional security measures include SMS one-time password (OTP) verification for new-device logins, session activity logs accessible from your account dashboard, and automatic session timeout controls.

You must notify 71tk support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 71tk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

71tk reserves the right to suspend your account at any time if it reasonably suspects that your account is being accessed by a third party, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that your account activity presents a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on the 71tk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks
• Debit cards: Visa and Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks)

Deposits are credited to your 71tk account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider, subject to a minimum deposit amount of ৳200. 71tk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 71tk accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity details on your 71tk account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification tier).
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours.
• 71tk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks where account activity warrants additional review.

All sports bets placed on 71tk — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, postponement handling, and the treatment of abandoned matches.

For cricket betting, the following general principles apply:

• Match bets require a minimum number of overs to be completed for settlement to stand. The required number of overs varies by format (T20, ODI, Test) and is stated in the sport-specific rules available in the 71tk Help section.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or rescheduled, outstanding bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension without notice during periods of match interruption, review, or when the integrity of the market cannot be maintained. 71tk's decision to suspend or settle any in-play market is final.

For casino and instant games — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, blackjack), Rummy, and Mines — the rules of each individual game govern play and payout. Game rules are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round shall be declared void and any stake returned to the player's account.

71tk reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it reasonably believes that the bet was placed as a result of an error in the odds or game display, where the integrity of the event or game has been compromised, or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

71tk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have successfully completed registration and KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• A minimum wagering requirement applies to all Bonus Funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and their associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered is not permitted.
• 71tk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account, and to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using technical exploits — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 71tk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Use of automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or bet settlement.
• Exploitation of known software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to place bets at odds that do not reflect the true market.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or any use of the 71tk platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or proprietary systems of the 71tk platform.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players, 71tk staff, or support agents.

All content on the 71tk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game content, odds data, software, and source code — is the property of 71tk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 71tk platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 71tk platform without prior written consent from 71tk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical malfunction, network disruption, or unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

71tk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur. 71tk will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance wherever practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during periods of downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 71tk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

71tk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 71tk, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering and KYC requirements, deliver customer support, and communicate relevant promotional information where you have opted in to receive such communications.

71tk will not sell or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order. Full details of how your data is handled are set out in the 71tk Privacy Policy, available at 71tk.io/privacy-policy.

71tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The platform enforces a minimum age of 21 years and provides all registered players with the following self-management tools, accessible from the account dashboard after 71tk Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when your session limit is reached.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes that do not alter substantive rights) may be made without advance notice. The date shown at the top of these Terms will be updated each time an amendment is made.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, contact 71tk support to close your account and request withdrawal of any Real Funds balance prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 71tk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 71tk operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding specific regulatory licensing in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between you and 71tk, you should first contact 71tk customer support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receipt. If you remain dissatisfied following the internal complaints process, you may seek independent legal advice.

71tk's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and game results is final, subject only to the internal complaints process described above.
